- Description
- The National Institute intends to award a commercial item service sole source to Sequenom, Inc., San Diego, pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253 ? (1)?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contractor to provide the following: four (4) 10052 thermosequenase enzyme, four (4) 00335 3-point calibrant, eight (8) 10002 shrimp alkaline phosphatase, eight (8) 10055 hme buffer, four (4) 10051 hme extend tri-mix pack, eight (8) 00601 spectrochip , eight (8) 10053 spectroclean. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a written statement of capability within 10 days of date of notice to Lesley Williams via e-mail @ lwilliams@intra.nida.nih.gov for consideration by the agency. Response must include detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet these requirements. Responses shall also include itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. If no affirmative responses are received within 10 days of this notice to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, an order will be placed with Sequenom, Inc. The NAICS Code/Size is 541380/$6.0M. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is no solicitation package available.
