- This solicitation is being issued as Intent to Award to Humanscale as a sole source provider for this product. 8201 Corporate Drive, Suite 320, Landover, MD 20785, in accordance with FAR Part 13, NTE $28,000. Humanscale is the only provider for Humanscale?s Evacuation Kits. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description ITEM QUANTITY EacVest vacKit 75 HipPack EvacKit 110 Football BackPack 5 Personal Alarms (2AAA) 10 The kits contain sealed custom components (vest, pack, and pentagon football pack) Vest: flame and heat retardant coated fiberglass fabric with stands temperatures up to 550 DF Tools include onsite training to be conducted, safety training.
