- The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, Mississippi, intends to negotiate a sole source contract, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(c)with Microvasive Endoscopy, Boston Scientific, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02712. The procurement will be for the following equipment and accessories: Swiss Lithoclast Ultrasound, which contains Lithoclast Ultra Console, foot pedal, stone catcher holder, compressed air tube, power cord, spare fuses, ultrasound hand piece kit, pneumatic hand piece kit, probes and stone catchers. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting their capabilities in writing to the Contracting Officer on March 25, 2003 by 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Fax submissions will be allowed. All qualified offerors shall be considered. If no responses are received by March 25, 2003, the VA shall proceed with negotiations with Boston Scientific Corporation Microvasive Endoscopy.
