- The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 23, is seeking proposals for Anesthesia Delivery System, Accessories and Consumable Supplies in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on attached RFP 636-0026-03 for the Department of Veterans Affairs located in Des Moines, Knoxville and Iowa City, Iowa, Grand Island, Lincoln and Omaha, NE, Forth Meade and Hot Springs and Sioux Falls SD, Fargo, ND, Minneapolis and St Cloud MN Divisions. This RFP is unrestricted. The effective date of the resulting contract should be March 24, 2003, through March 23, 2004, with 4 one year renewals at the Governments option. Electronic copies of this solicitation are immediately available and may be downloaded from the website listed in this announcement. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining subject amendments. Offerors shall MAIL proposals to the attention of Gloria Garcia, Contracting Officer, Department of Veterans Affairs Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care Systems, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Building 6, Room No. 101, Omaha, NE 68105. All proposals shall be received in the issuing office no later than March 21, 2003, on or before 2:00 P.M. Central Time. Electronic or faxed offers will not be accepted. However, questions or request s for clarification regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via electronic mail or fax no later than August 9, 2002. NAICS Code is 339112 and size standard of 500 employees applies.
