- This synopsis is done for administrative purposes only so that the solicitation can be placed on the web with the revised solicitation number. This item was already synopsized as solicitation F09603-03-R-00056 but because of system problems is being re-synopsized as F09603-03-R-00016. The solicitation will be issued as F09603-03-R-00016. Previously synopsized as follows: This will be a Firm-fixed price contract for purchase of the following item: Receiver Transmitter, Applicable to APN-232, NSN 5841-01-349-9175, P/N 8010000788-1, Quantity: 12 EA. Delivery: 2 per month beginning July 2004. The approximate issue date will be 18 February 2003 with the approximate response date of 20 Mar 2003.
