Description

This is an informational synopsis only. Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for an extended warranty with routine quarterly preventive maintenance for two Stanley Power Drawer Systems to Stanley Vidmar Corp, Allentown PA. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance is from Date of Award through 30 Sep 03. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 337127 applies. This notice serves as information only and does not obligate the Government to award nor does the Government incur any costs a result of this posting. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov.
