- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitiaiton will not be issued. This solicitation number 03Q4008 and is a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a total Small Business set aside. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 3842, NAICS 339113, and th e small business standard is 500 employees. Oregon air National Guard requires (30) each, size Large, Flyers Helmets, HGU-55/P lightweight d5330-6/7/8 with pru-36/ with PLZT plates (fiberglass housing), d2682-4 installed. Gentex part number: 01550198. (5 ) each, size medium, Flyers Helmets, HGU-55/P lightweight, d5330-6/7/8 with pru/36p with PLZT plates (fiberglass housing),d2682-4 installed. Gentex part number: 01550197, (7) each, size extra large, Flyers Helmets, HGU-55/p lightweight, d5330-6/7/8 with p ur-36/p with PLZT plates (fiberglass housing), d2682-4 installed. Gentex part number: 01550199. Price to include delivery to Portland Air National Guard Base, 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd., Bldg. 170, Portland, Oregon 97218-2797. Evaluation of quotations will be based on low price and availability.
