- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-03-T-13 applies and is issued as an unrestricted Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Ac quisition Circular 2001-12. Provide 15 fully furnished one bedroom apartments for the period 15 March 2003 through 29 January 2004. Apartments will include but not limited to the following: All Utilities, TV, Microwave, Washer /Dryer, Cookware, Flatware Dishes, Cooking Utensils, Can Opener, Trash Can, Clock, Broom, Glasses, Sheets, pillows, Towels, Bath Cloths, Shower Curtain, Bath Rug, Basic Cable, Housekeeping Twice a Week. Apartments must be located within a 20 mile radius of Camp Shelby, Mississippi. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial applies. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
