Description

NA Request for quotation will be issued for preventative maintenance and unlimited emergency calls on two each Government owned Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Abatement Systems. The contractors shall provide all supplies, tools, repair parts and diagnostic equipment necessary t repair and perform maintenance on this equipment. The VOC Abatement System is part of a dry filter paint booth manufactured by Spray Booth Systems, Inc., with Arcadis Geraghty and Miller as the subcontractor. The system is composed of two paint booths, two regenerative thermal oxidizers and supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA). This procurement will be sole sourced to Arcadis Geraghty and Miller. Arcadis Geraghty and Miller has proprietary rights to the system de sign and source codes. North American Industrial Classification System is 561210. Size standard is $5 million. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102 (a) (7) and 14.205-1 (c),therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://www.anadprocnet.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 06 Feb 03. CAUTION: This sol icitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offerors may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejections of same. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered for future procurements.
