No telephone request will be accepted. NSN: 1560-01-232-7776, 16 each, PRON AX360932, APN: 145S2552-3, applicable to the (BK) CH-47. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to New Cumberland, PA. The proposed contract listed herein is 100 % set aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restri ctions. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be r eleased outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restric ted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. The closing date is an estimated date and ma y be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
