PRON: AX3F0227AX, NSN: 1560-01-257-5783, PN: 70200-42403-045, Quantity 2 each applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 2 each 200 DACA. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129. This part requires engineering source appro val by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Al l offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to com pete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The closing date annotated is an esti mated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.
