- NA The Army Research Laboratory, Weapons and Materials Research Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 intends to award a requirements contract for one base year and two (2) option years on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 13.5 with CERCOM, Inc, Vista, CA 92083 for the purchase of various sizes, shapes, thickness, and material compositions which are exclusive to CERCOM, Inc. This requirements contract will be limited for the use of ARL/APG, MD Contracting Personnel. The minim um award will be $2500.00 and a price quote will be obtained with each requirement. The delivery schedule will vary according to the specific material composition and quantity stated in each requirement. The maximum amount to be ordered is not expected t o exceed $200,000.00 per year. Award of the basic requirement will be made within the month of March 2003. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the agency will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date of this no tice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. No telephone requests will be honored.
