Description: NA Indefinite delivery/quantity as follows: Perform drilling and laboratory (soils and rock) testing for various projects, includes both conventional and Environmental (HTRW) drilling. Laboratory testing for this contract only includes geotechnical testing a nd does not include environmental testing (chemical analyses of soil and water). This shall be performed within the following states: Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia , Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. The contract will have a 2 year base period with two 1 year options. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns.
