Description

NA Mouth of the Columbia and Columbia River Maintenance Dredging 2003. Dredging Coos and Yaquina Bay Entrances optional. Hopper dredging and placement of materials, mouth of the Columbia River, Columbia River and optional Coos and Yaquina Bay entrances for Clatsop, Coos, Columbia, Lincoln and Multnomah Counties in Oregon, and Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, and Clark Counties for Washington. May require pump ashore capability. Contractor required to commence work within 20 calendar days after the date of rece ipt of Notice to Proceed and complete the entire work not later than 160 calendar days (time stated for completion includes final cleanup of the premises). Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. DACW57-03- B-0002 will be available on or about 25 March 2003. Tentative bid opening date is on or about 24 April 2003 or 30 days after issue. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The size standard, including all affiliates, with ave rage annual sales or receipts for the past three years not in excess of $17 million. Please indicate business size when requesting bid documents.
