Description

NA JOB DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision and transportation necessary to provide for a comprehensive Sewage Pumping Services for the pumping of sewage holding tanks and septic tanks and for p roviding, and maintaining Portable Restrooms for Lake Sonoma. Lake Sonoma is located in Sonoma County, California, approximately eleven miles west of Healdsburg. The services to be performed will be for a Base Year Period and One Option Year Period. Thi s Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: S205, SIC Code: 8999, NAICS Code: 562991. The size standard for this code is $6,000,000.00. TYPE OF AWARD: This RFQ is Unrestricted, and all responsible businesses may respond. All quotes are due in not later than (NLT) 18 MAR 03/1300 Hrs (1:00 PM) PST. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solici tation for this project will be available on the Sacramento District Contracting Division?s Internet Home Page at http://ebs.spk.usace.army.mil/ for downloading. Any future amendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this web s ite. REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION IN ANY OTHER FORMAT THAN WHAT IS ADVERTISED WILL BE DISREGARDED. It is important that you first go to the Contracting Division page at http://ebs.spk.usace.army.mil and register as a plan holder. Click on Sa n Francisco/DACW07 Solicitations (SPN) this will take you to another page that shows all of the projects currently being advertised for the San Francisco District. Look for the Solicitation/Request for Quote that you are interested in and click on it. In order to receive notification of any amendments to the solicitation, you are required to register for the plan holders? list. Look for the blue bar that says, ?Solicitation Registration.? Right below is a red bar that says, ?Register for this Solicitati on,? ? click on it. The next page requires you to establish a user name and password. If you have previously accessed the web page, you can gain access by entering your User Name and Password. If this is your first time, establish a user name and passwo rd. Keep the user name and password and share it with anyone else in your organization that is responsible for registering your firm on our plan holders lists. With our new system, you only have to do the full registration one time. Please complete all requested information. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 25 FEB 03. To download the solicitation, you need to go to the Sacramento District Contracting Division?s Internet Home Page at http://ebs.spk.usace.army.mil. From there click on San Francisco/DACW07 Solicitations (SPN). You will be taken to a list of advertised solicitations and then from there, click on the desired Solicitation Number. Along the bottom of the page, there is a bar that says ?Download/View Solicitation F iles.? Select ?Specifications? from the drop down box and press the red ?Go? button. This will take you to yet another page; under the blue bar that reads ?Specifications,? there is another section titled, ?File Name?. Click on the file name and the .pd f file will open via Adobe Acrobat. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency.
