- Description
- NA The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division , intends to procure through Other than Full and Open Competition, technical services for software development and maintenance for the Leading Edge Advanced Prototyping for Systems(LEAPS)Integrated Digital Environment,with Atlantec Enterprize Solutions of Annapolis MD. The contractor has special expertise in object oriented product model technology and the marine application protocols of the Standard for the Exchange of Product Model data (STEP). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The capability statement and any other information must be in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to a llow NSWCCD to determine if the party can fully meet the requirement described above. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements may be forwarded to the above POC via email, harrisonhl@nswccd.navy.mil or faxed to (301)227-1847. Capability statements must be received in the contracting office no later than 3:00 p.m. EST, 17 Mar 2003. (see CBD numbered note #1 and #22)
