- NAVSEA Indian Head, Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. is intending to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for conversion specialists experienced with the proprietary Pro Engineer PDM-to-Intralink database structures and business rules. A five-tiered contractor-assisted approach is sought: Identification of PDM database irregularities & their subsequent correction via PTC. Preparation of IHD philosophical business rules plus Intralink Server Setup per the agreed-to business rules / data architecture. Conversion of PDM data to Intralink. Test of new data metafiles. Complete the final transfer / execute the new system. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 518210. The FSC code is D317. The closing date and time for submission of off ers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.nswcindianhead.com/contracts or www.neco.navy.mil. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offers must have a Commercial and government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a purchase order, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, no r does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
