- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport requires (3470 FT) of special purpose electrical cable, P/N Mil-C-915-58 (MWF 30). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-03-Q-0092. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. N00253-03-Q-0092 is ready for download or about 03 March 2003 at this address: http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. Select/click Request for Quotes, and N00253-03-Q-0092 will be listed with the list of available RFQs. This requirement is to be FOB Destination ? Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345-7610 with Inspection a nd Acceptance at Destination with a required delivery date of 03 Apr 15. Quotes/Offers are due no later than 14 Mar 03, 4:00 pm Pacific Time. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Commercial Simplified Procedures shall be used for this procurement. Firms interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the pricing providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the required clauses, ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Any bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFQ/ amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and may result i n rejection. See numbered Note 1.
