- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Schenck Trebel Corporation, on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis, for modification and upgrade of a Schenck Model E6S Balance Machine. Compatibility is crucial and limits the selection to the original manufacturer to avoid work stoppage or compromising of the research projects. See Note 22.
