- Description
- U.S. GOVERNMENT REQUIRES APPROXIMATELY 25,000 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET IN FRONT ROYAL, VIRGINIA REQUIREMENT: The Government currently occupies 18,000 rentable square feet of office and light industrial space in Front Royal, Virginia. The Government seeks to expand into an additional facility consisting of approximately 25,000 rentable square feet of space. The space must yield a minimum of 20,000 to a maximum of 22,000 Boma Office Area square feet of space. A 1-story building is contemplated. The site must allow for a minimum of 13,000 square feet of column-free light industrial space with a minimum of 15 feet clear ceiling height. In addition, the facility should accommodate surface parking and a perimeter fence as required by code. The building must also accommodate a loading dock. LOCATION: Expressions of interest are currently being sought from owners of existing buildings or developers with sites located within the following area: Front Royal, Virginia: Within a 5-mile driving distance from downtown Front Royal, Virginia. TERM: The lease term will be for 10 years firm with 2 5-year renewal options. OCCUPANCY: Required by May, 2004, or sooner.
