- Indefinite-quantity (term) repair and alteration construction services, ordered on an as-needed basis, in six (6) Federal facilities in the Federal Plaza and Foley Square areas of New York, NY. Twelve-month base period, with four 12-month option periods. Estimated price range over 5-year period: $1 million - $5 million. Expected contract commencement date: July 1, 2003. Twenty-percent bid bond and 100-percent performance and payment bonds will be required. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE OPEN TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY (NAICS: 236220; $28.5 million).
