Description

Offerors may submit proposals by email as responses to this solicitation, with the following requirements: (1) The address for submission of electronic proposals is michael.slocum@usafa.af.mil. (2) The offeror must contact the point of contact by telephone at 719-333-6081, 0730-1630 local Colorado time, to confirm receipt by email. (3) Email proposals are subject to the same rules as paper proposals concerning content and submission rules. (4) In addition, in order to consider an email submission, a hard copy signed version must ALSO be submitted and received at the address in Block 9 of the SF 1449 no later than 4:00PM local Colorado time March 5, 2003. If the hard copy signed version is not received by the time stated, the offer will be considered late and will not be considered. Offerors may also submit hard copy signed proposals at the address in Block 9 of the SF 1449 no later than 4:00PM local Colorado time March 5, 2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-FEB-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 03-MAR-2003.
