- DESC: The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center - San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-03-R-0016. This requirement is to provide information systems engineering and technical services during the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance phases of a variety of information systems, as well as support information assurance activities designed to ascertain the network and information security capabilities of these systems. The type of contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity CPFF for one year base period and two 1-year options. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement 126,720 man-hours. This procurement will be a 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS is 54133. The size standard for this NAICS is $20M. The estimated release date for the solicitation 14 March 2003. Hard copy versions of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will not be available.
