- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform roof replacement on Bldg. 85, at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: A. Remove approx. 11?-0? x 19?-8? X 8?-0? wood framed structure, an empty 860 gallon water tank (12?-0? X 3?-6? Dia.), two concrete saddles and other related items. B. Remove approx. 1080 sf of multi-ply built-up roof and accessories. (Disposed material as asbestos containing material.) and C. Install approx. 1251 sf of 2-ply hot applied modified bituminous, flood coat, aluminum coating along with other roof accessories. The NAICS is 238160 (SIC Code 1761) size standard $12.0M. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The estimated range is $25,000 - $100,000. Period of Performance 60 calendar days from NTP. The Due Date for Quotes will be annotated on the Solicitation (SF-1442) when issued. A Bid Bond is not required. A Plan Holders or Bidders List is NOT available. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS.
