- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all necessary personnel, labor, special tools, equipment, parts, materials and supplies to provide maintenance, inspection, and emergency repair services of elevators located at the Francis Scott Key Medical Center (Gerontology Research Center) in Baltimore, Maryland. The basic contract period shall be for a twelve- (12) month period with options to renew for four (4) consecutive one-year periods resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. A pre-bid site visit is planned after the solicitation is issued. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
