- Single award contract for the period Date of Award to 02-29-04, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (Baltimore, MD). Anticipate approximately 8 to 12 orders per year for approximately 96 to 200 pages per order with separates for approximately 4 to 32 pages per article. Trim 8-1/2 x 11 inches, printing in up to five colors. Perfect binding with wraparound cover; trim three sides. Score covers for backbone and hinge. Separates: side-wire stitch in two places and trim four sides. Approximately 5,000 to 8,000 copies per order. Operation include electronic prepress, film making, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution. Quality level III. Bid opening March 10, 2003.
