Description

Supplies and services necessary for USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) overhaul and auto clutch soft start modification installation on #1 and #2 ship service turbine generator (SSTG), and #1 and #2 cooling pump turbine generator. This requirement includes specialized material, equipment and specifications that are proprietary to Northrop Grumman Corporation (the original OEM). The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman, PO Box 3499, 401 E Hendy Ave, Sunnyvale CA 94088. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only. Additional sources are not being sought at this time. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Written requests may be faxed to (360) 476-5652 or e-mailed to judy_gregg@puget.fisc.navy.mil. This is a sole source procurement. This is not a commercial (FAR Part 12) acquisition.
