Description

NA The solicitation will be electronically available on 4 March 2003 at the Fort Sam Houston website at http://a76fsh.amedd.army.mil. The electronic version of the solicitation will be the official copy. A Pre-proposal Conference and site visit will be held on 08 April 2003 at Fort Benning. Offerors attending the site visit shall meet in the Department of Logistics Conference Room #37 (located at the administrative basement of the main hospital building) at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Georg ia at 8:00 AM (Eastern Time) on 08 April 2003. Offerors desiring to attend the site visit are required to notify Ms. Johanna Mendiola at Johanna.Mendiola@AMEDD.ARMY.MIL or Ms. Shirley Tolbert at Shirley.Tolbert@AMEDD.ARMY.MIL not later than noon on 01 Ap ril 2003 of the names and the individuals planning to attend. Attendance will be limited to two (2) individual representatives of each offeror. The sites for the structured visit will be accessible ONLY at this specified time. Proposal due date is 08 Ma y 2003 at 3:00 PM (Central Time) to be submitted to the Center for Healthcare Contracting, MEDCOM Health Care Acquisition Activity, ATTN: MCAA-C-CAS, Bldg 4197, 2107 17th Street, Ste 68, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234-5068.
