THE APPROXIMATE ISSUE DATE WILL BE EXTENDED FROM 22 JULY 2002 TO 29 JULY 2002 WITH A RESPONSE DATE OF 22 AUG 2002. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 03-MAR-2003.
