- Contractors shall quote LIQUID NITROGEN, COMMERCIAL GRADE, BULK, 99.998% PURITY MINIMUM BY VOLUME 90 DEGREES F, MOISTURE NOT MORE THAN HYDROGEN 2 PPM METHENE 1 PPM, OXYGEN 10 PPM. Quantity: 540,000 Gallons. Deliveries will be made to seven locations on base. The period of performance is 25 February 03 ? 24 February 04. Delivery locations are: Bldg. 142, 9000 GL Tank; Bldg 125, 900 GL Tank; Bldg 165, 500 GL Tank; Bldg 169, 13,000 GL Tank; Bldg 640, 3000 GL Tank and 1500 GL Tank; Bldg 137, 11,000 GL Tank; Robins AFB, GA. Deliveries shall be made as follows: Deliveries shall be made twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays (excluding holidays), to these locations. Hours of delivery; 7:30 AM ? 3:30 PM. Holidays need to be scheduled for the next working day. Contractor is responsible to monitor tanks to ensure proper level is maintained. Government Points of Contact for placing orders and accepting deliveries will be given in award document. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ)FB206723230124. Oral procedures will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. NAICS is 334519 and small business size is 500 employees. Assets shall be delivered FOB Destination.
