Description

Solicitation USZA95-02-R-0026, issued on 22 July 2002, is amended as follows: Section B - ClIN 0001, incorporate Statement of Work references 3.4, 3.4.1, 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7) Section B - CLIN 0003, incorporate Statement of Work references 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7). Section C - Statement of Work Section 3.1 - The last sentence is changed to read: The Government will and Contractor shall develop a schedule prior to award that completes the modification of spares prior to delivery of the last modified MMR. Statement of Work Section 3.4.1 (1st and last sentence, are changed to read): (1st sentence) The Contractor has the right to dispose of minor nonconformancies. (Last sentence) Disposition for all major nonconformancies shall obtain Government approval prior to processing through the Contractor's existing procedures. Section C - Statement of Work Section 3.5 is changed to read: The Contractor shall maintain configuration status records relating to the product baseline resulting from obsolescence, performance and/or producibility requirements in accordance with the Contractor's established, internal procedures and supplemental requirements imposed by the contract. Section I - FAR Clauses 52.244-6 (Subcontracts for Commercial Items, 1/2001) and 52.232-23 Alt 1 (Assignment of Claims (Apr 1984) are incorporated by reference. There are no other changes and the due date remains unchanged.
