- Provide preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and scheduled inpections on Keeler Boilers located at the VA Medical Center, Leestown Road, Lexington, KY for the base period of 3-14-03 through 9-30-03 with 4 optional one year renewal periods. EMERGENCY REPAIR REQUIRES ONSITE RESPONSE WITHIN 4 HOURS. Only contractors authorized to work on KEELER Boilers will be considered. 100% Small Business Set Aside. NAICS Code 235110 will apply. Electronic solicitation available for download. Bidders are responsible for obtaining amendments. No telephone requests will be accepted.
