Description: NA This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 to Mesa Corporation and not a request for competitive quotes. Mesa Corporation is the only known source to have access to the proprietary software that is required. This requir ement is to provide annual maintenance service to include software updates on a Archive Plus hardware and software with components at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. The period of performance will be for a base year 1 April 2003 thru 31 March 200 4 and (4) four option periods. This request is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in FAR subpart 13.**** Note 22 Applies.
