Description: NA 1. Provide 60 hotel/motel rooms. Individuals will arrive on 13 July 2003 and depart 26 July 2003. The number of rooms may be decreased or increased by 5 by 3 June 2003. 2. Provide a conference room for the period of 14 July through 25 July 2003, to include a break service for morning and afternoon for approximately 60 attendees. Conference room to be provided with a podium with microphone and tables in a classroom confi guration. The size of the conference room is to be a minimum of 1850 sq. ft. with secure storage available of 450 sq. ft. Room dividers to be available to separate room into two sections if needed or an alternate area for formal instruction during practi cal exercises. The conference room must be able to be secured when not occupied by participants. There is a power requirement for the conference room. Request there be five (20 amp) circuits available. 3. Hospitality room to be provided, will be stocked and set-up the evening of 13 July 2003 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. 4. The hotel/motel be within walking distance of dining establishments, shopping and entertainment facilities with easy and safe access. Individuals may not have a means of transportation and may have to walk to these facilities. 5. Prior to contract award, request a walk-through of the facility to ensure compliance with our requirements. See Note 1.
