Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Laboratory located in Miles City, Montana requires providing and applying a nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium blend of fertilizer. The period of performance shall be April 2003 in accordance with standard agricultural practices to provide uniform distribution of fertilizer over entire field. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING A REQUEST FOR THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/229-5531, INCLUDING MAILING ADDRESS, CONTACT PERSON AND STATING SOLICITATION NUMBER. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER, LEE SHEA, @ 970/229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-017-82HW-03. Fax quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea @ 970/229-5531 on or before March 19, 2003 by 5:00 P.M. (MST). This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 422910 with a small business size not exceeding 500 employees. Specifications are contained in this solicitation which will be available on or about March 6, 2003. The anticipated award date is March 20, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
