Description

NA PRON: AX360925AX, NSN: 1615-01-164-3847, PN: 7-311411096(-3), Quantity 19 each applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O. B. Destination with a quantity of 19 each going to Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing i s 19 each, 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 163 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 19 each, 175 DACA. Required delivery with Alternate II Clause is 19 each, 219 DACA. This item is restrict ed to Fenn Mfg. Co. Inc., Cage Code: 82001 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Cage Code: 8V613 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification req uirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessi ng the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing d ate stated above.
