Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to construct roadside parking, improve sections of an existing road, apply aggregate surfacing, install a drainage system within an existing road, furnish and place rock barriers for the purpose of road closures, furnish and install 4 metal gates, and perform equipment rental work to improve the existing road and to abandon roads. This project is located in Garfield County, Colorado, near Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Bonds will be required. The Government Estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This project is open to all responsive, responsible contractors who submit an offer under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about March 21, 2003.
