Description

NA Notice of intent to award a sole source modification to an existing contract. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a sole source cost-plus-award-fee modification to a current contract with Raytheon Technical Services Company, Reston , Virginia for the change to ground transportation versus government air transport for replenishment of supplies and perishables from Germany to a remote site in Votkinsk, Russia. The government intends to award a modification to the existing contract for the duration of the contract, which includes a base period and five options with an estimated end date of 8 January 2010. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the address or facsimile number state d herein and to the attention of Ms. Nancy Mahoney, Contract Specialist by close of business, March 10, 2003.
