Description

The Social Security Administration in Chicago, Illinois, requires the services of contractor to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment to efficiently and satisfactorily prepare and paint walls, doors, doorframes, ceilings and other incidentals in designated areas on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Harold Washington Social Security Center (HWSSC), 600 West Madison Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661. The Solicitation package will be available for downloading from the FEDBIZOPPS website ( http://www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about March 10, 2003. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2003 at the HWSSC building. Information about the site visit may be obtained by calling Mike Sanchez, at 312-575-5535. This requirement is a total small business concern set-aside. Offers received from firms that do not qualify as small business will be rejected. The NAICS code for this requirement is 235210.
