Description: FINANCIAL COUNSELING FOR U.S. POSTAL SERVICE OFFICERS The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a contract to make comprehensive financial counseling available to officers of the US Postal Service. Comprehensive financial counseling minimally includes personal investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning and tax planning. Solely at the option of the Postal Service, the supplier will also provide direct services as follows: the preparation and execution of wills, trusts and estate plans, and the preparation of personal income tax returns. The resulting contract will include a one year base period with six one year options.
