- The purpose of this amendment is to answer two clarification questions. Question # 1 - What is the total number of expected users? Answer # 1 - The total number of expected users is 201. They are broken down as follows: Headquarters - 25; Boston - 12; New York - 12; Philadelphia - 12; Metro (Washington, DC) 13; Atlanta - 20; Dallas - 16; Chicago - 17; Cleveland - 10; Kansas City - 14; Denver - 14; San Francisco - 17; Seattle - 19. Question # 2 - Does OCR desire access to the Harvard Civil Rights - Civil Liberties Law Review? Yes, OCR does require the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, which is a journal. This simplified acquisition is hereby NOT extended, and quotes are still due on or before 2:00 PM EST, on Monday March 10, 2003.
