Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a firm fixed price one-year contract on a sole source basis to Standard and Poor's, 55 Waters Street, 46th Floor, New York, NY 10014. Standard and Poor's shall provide access to legal publications, subscriptions, and upkeep services via print and electronic services on a subscription basis. This service shall include the following information: S&P's Stock Reports, S&P's Security Dealers of North America, S&P's Basic Investment & Industry Data Shelf, S&P's Standard Corporation Descriptions, S&P's Dividend Record, S&P's Industry Surveys, S&P's Bond Guide, S&P's Monthly Stock Guide, S&P's Daily Stock Price Record for the NYSE and NASDAQ, S&P's Daily Stock Price Record for the ASE, S&P's Register of Corporations, Review of Banking & Financial Services, Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation, S&P's Statistical Service, and S&P's Stock Market Encyclopedia. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation document is available for this requirement and may identify their interest and capacity by submitting a capabilities statement by November 22, 2002 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Operations Center, Room 1300, Mail Stop O-20, 6432 General Green Way, Alexandria, VA 22312, Attention: Lynda Theisen.
