Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solication will not be issued. The Government intends to award one contract line item number for a Thermoviewer, which integrates ultrasound and thermal imaging into one thermo imaging system. This System to include a digital video recorder, Reporter Plus Windows base Image Analysis and reporting software, standard accessories to include battery, case, charger and training of System. Oral communcations are not accecptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
