- NSN: 4730-01-194-5149 PR: YPC03058000767 Adapter, Straight, Flange to Boss. Approved sources are: Sargent Fletcher Inc. (72429) P/N 75A550663-2003 and McDonnell Douglas Corp (76301) P/N 75A550663-2203. Qty 218 ea to be delivered to PTZ Cherry Point NC 180 days after date of award. Qty 234 ea to be delivered to New Cumberland PA 180 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 730-01-194-5149 opion qty 226 each. Item 9906 Government First Article (FAT) 1 TE 120 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FebBizOpps on its issue date of 03/28/03. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 76301 and 77429. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
