- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 2990-01-188-3281?Muffler, Exhaust. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12338309. Solicitation contains a First Article Test. Quantity being procured is 1,321 EA with 421 each being shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, and 900 each being shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB destination. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after the issue date 03/27/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 180 with First Article Test, if First Article Test is waived delivery will then be 120 days. A written quotation is required.
