Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to negotiate solely with Decisionalysis Risk Consultant, Inc., to 1) Furnish and deliver a document describing the design of the Expert System, and furnish and deliver the prototype based on the design document 2) Furnish and deliver pathogen database prototype, and furnish and deliver installation documentation 3) Furnish and deliver functioning a Expert System portal, and furnish and deliver installation documentation 4) Furnish and deliver functioning pathogen database, and furnish and deliver installation documentation for Wyndmoor, PA 19038. This project extends earlier work that produced a prototype Expert System Portal based on a novel database approach. This new project will expand the previous prototype Expert System to a full functioning product that will operate on ERRC servers that now host the PMP and ComBase and access the web using new Access XP and the .NET framework. Companies with the demonstrated capabilities of providing this document must submit a descriptive statement, including descriptive literature, specifically addressing the component?s availability. The statement and literature must be submitted to the Contracting Office Address with 10 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
