Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Soil & Water Conservation Research, located in Lincoln, NE, requires one small plot combine for corn, soybean, grain sorghum, and small grains. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING A REQUEST FOR THIS SOLICITATION. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ 970/229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-82HW-018-03. FAX quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea @ 970/229-5531 on or before March 28, 2003 by 5:00 P.M. (MST). This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 444220 with a small business size of $5.0 million average annual receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-018-82HW-03 which will be available on or about March 11, 2003. The anticipated award date is April 1, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
