Description: Project includes a loop trail, approximately 0.66 km in length, and a spur trail that is approximately 0.29 km in length and leads to a viewing area near the base of the falls. Work includes widening of trail tread, stabilizing trail tread with rock retaining walls, installing rock steps and barriers (rock and fencing) at designated areas, installation of rolling dips and grade dips to provide drainage, reconstruction of trail tread in some areas and removal of obstructions in existing trail. The installation of benches (4) and chain link fencing is also required. Estimated start work is May 1, 2003 with a project completion time of 90 calendar days.
