- This is for a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract for three different National Stock Numbers (NSNs). Item one is for a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of a basic ordering period of one year with two annual option years for C-5 Horizontal Stabilizer Acme Screw and Nut Assembly, NSN 1650-01-241-8143, P/N 42093R187. Order minimum for basic year ordering period is 1 each and maximum is 3 each. Initial order for contract minimum of 1 each will be placed at time of contract award. Out-year order minimum is 1 each and maximum is 2 each per year. Contract maximum quantity is 7 each. DIMENSIONS: 10 inches high x 72 inches length. Weight 210 pounds. MATERIAL: Steel and aluminum. FUNCTION: Accumulator drives the pitch trim surface of the horizontal stab surface either to the nose-up or nose-down attitude. DEL: 30 Sep 03 for initial order. Out-year production delivery is 180 days after receipt of order. Item two is for a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of a basic ordering period of one year with four annual option years for Main Landing Gear and Door Actuator, NSN 1680-01-213-3842UC, Part Number 42357-23 applicable to C-5 aircraft. Order minimum for basic year ordering period is 18 each and order maximum of 23. Initial order for order contract minimum of 17 will be placed at time of contract award. In addition to the 17 each, 1 each First Article is required along with 1 each test plan and 1 each test report. Out-year order minimum is 1 each and maximum is 5 each per year. Contract maximum quantity is 43 each. DIMENSIONS: 39 inches length x 17 inches width x 23.5 inches height. MATERIAL: Aluminum casing with steel internal components. FUNCTION: Utilized for retraction and extension of the main landing gear and door assembly. DELIVERY: First article test plan is due 60 calendar days from date of contract. Test report is due 180 calendar days from date of contract. First article is due 225 calendar days from date of contract. Initial order of 17 each is to be delivered beginning 30 Apr 04 (2 each per month). Out-year production delivery is due 200 days after receipt of order. Item three is for a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of a basic ordering period of one year with four annual option years for Main Landing Gear and Door Actuator, NSN 1680-01-213-3841UC, Part Number 42357-24, applicable to C-5 aircraft. Order minimum for basic year ordering period is 11 each and maximum is 16 each. Initial order for order minimum of 10 each will be placed at time of contract award. In addition to the 10 each, 1 each First Article is required along with 1 each test plan and 1 each test report. Out-year order minimum is 1 each and maximum is 5 each per year. Contract maximum quantity is 36. DIMENSIONS: 39 inches length x 17.0 inches width x 23.5 inches height. MATERIAL: Aluminum casing with steel internal components. FUNCTION: Utilized for retraction and extension of the main landing gear and door assembly. DELIVERY: First article test plan is due calendar 60 days from date of contract. Test report is due 180 calendar days from date of contract. First article is due 225 calendar days from date of contract. Initial order of 5 each is due 200 days after approval of first article. Out-year production delivery is due 200 days after receipt of order. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 24 March 2003 with an approximate response date of 24 Apr 03.
