Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on an unrestricted basis, off-site radiology services in support of the Naval Medical Clinic Annapolis, Maryland. The Contractor shall provide all diagnostic radiology services for all eligible beneficiaries at an external location within 20 road miles of the Naval Medical Clinic. Services shall include the administration, performance, and interpretation of all routine and specialized radiographic procedures, including, but not limited to, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); computed tomography (CT) scans; ultrasound scans (vascular and non-vascular); mammography; and fluoroscopy procedures. The Contractor shall be reimbursed for services on a per procedure basis for the number of procedures actually performed. This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The RFQ number will be N00140-03-Q-1379 and the full solicitation and all amendments will only be available at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code is 621111 and the Small Business Standard is $9M. A firm fixed price order is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing 01 October 2003 through 30 September 2004, with four (4) one year option periods. The Request for Quotation may require the submission of cost/price and technical information.
